Real world training for real dogs
Helping dogs and their people find confidence, connection, and calm through welfare-first training and real life support.
Focused on reactive, sensitive, and misunderstood dogs.
Which path fits your dog
Support designed for real life dogs with real feelings. Choose the path that sounds most like your dog, or reach out and I will help you decide where to start.
Behavior Support
Start with a virtual behavior consultation. We look at the whole dog, reduce stress, and build a plan for reactivity, fear, and aggression to people or dogs.
Board and Train
Premium in home immersion for manners, behavior concerns, and confidence building. Limited availability and designed for meaningful change, not quick fixes.
Adventure Walks
Decompression walks that support regulation, confidence, and safe freedom. Long line and off leash options based on the dog in front of me.
Boarding
Home based boarding with an option for additional support for reactive or sensitive dogs. Calm routines, thoughtful care, and limited capacity.
Why choose Freedom Found
Freedom Found was created in honor of Ruger, the dog who taught me that every dog’s story deserves to be heard. My work is rooted in a welfare first approach because meaningful behavior change starts with meeting a dog’s emotional, physical, and environmental needs before anything else.
I use the L.E.G.S. model to understand the full picture of your dog. L.E.G.S. stands for Learning, Environment, Genetics, and Self. That last piece matters more than most people realize. Self includes things like health, pain, sensory needs, preferences, recovery, and capacity.
Freedom Found has grown into a community of guardians who want more than obedience. They want understanding, support, and a better quality of life for their dogs.
“Thanks to Liz’s guidance, we can now be in the same room with four other dogs and still learn together.”
Dan and Darla“We did the board and train and it was the best investment we could have made. Liz cared for our dog like her own.”
Molly, Elizabeth, and Ross“We tried classes for reactivity, but it wasn’t until we worked one on one that things truly changed.”
River and Sandra“Liz helped us completely reframe our relationship with our difficult dog. We finally felt supported.”
Hossa, Alex, and Dave“We felt hopeless when we reached out. Everything is different now.”
Josie, Jay, and WinstonReal stories, real results
Every dog comes with a different history, nervous system, and set of needs. These are a few reflections from people who chose understanding over quick fixes.
Not sure what service fits your dog best?
Start with a quick message. I will ask a few questions and help you choose the best first step based on your dog’s needs, your goals, and what real support looks like for your life.
If your dog has big feelings around people or dogs, you are in the right place.
